THE FAMILY VILLA is the perfect get-away destination for the adventurous eco-tourist. Located on the coast of central Belize just outside the friendly fishing village of Hopkins, it is close to everything! You can explore the Caribbean Sea and investigate the inland jungle with its Mayan ruins - all within easy travel distance.

THE FAMILY VILLA welcomes you with its custom appointments inside and out. Its light salmon exterior is beautifully finished with mahogany railings and columned arches on both sea-side levels. The lower level veranda extends beyond the colonnade for enjoying the sun.

This villa in Belize has its own beach.

The villa great room has lots of seating and features wonderful tropical textures in its wood, rattan and woven fabrics. Natural daylight and ample night lighting make it a pleasant place to get together anytime.

This Belize Villa has four spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with its own private bath features a hand carved four poster
  king-size bed. French doors open onto the upper level balcony from which
  you can feel the breezes of the Caribbean.
- The upper level bedroom has two queen sized beds with private bath
- The third bedroom on the main floor, has a queen-sized bed and
  private bath; opens onto the beach-side veranda with panoramic views
  of the Caribbean
- The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bath

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 and was designed to accommodate family or small group travel in well-appointed surroundings.

All doors and cabinets throughout the villa are solid mahogany. Wood floor are Santa Maria, with native tropical hardwood ceilings blending Santa Maria, Nargusta and Cabbage Bark. Handcrafted furniture is Sam Wood, Mahogany or Santa Maria. The villa's open architecture flows into the dining area with seating for eight. The kitchen bar seats an additional two. There's also ample space for dining on the lower veranda.

If you enjoy cooking, the villa's beautiful custom kitchen with mahogany cabinets is fully equipped for complete meals and quick warm-ups in the microwave. You may prefer dining out or inquire about a cook. See amenities.
